• Staten Island Museum Member tickets are reserved for active memberships.
• Present your current membership card at the front desk upon arrival or consider becoming a museum member.
• Travel lightly. Self monitored bag check is available.
• Non-flash photography is permitted in the galleries unless otherwise indicated. 
• Video is not permitted in the museum. 
• Ticket sales end 15 minutes before closing.
• Re-entry to the museum is not permitted.
• Third party ticket holders and special promotions not appearing in ticketing options must contact the Visitor Experience desk at 718-727-1135 or email visitorservices@statenislandmuseum.org
• Please follow the instructions of all museum staff, security and signage.
